The Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT) System overview training sessions are offered for the inherent applications that exist under the PMRT infrastructure.
These sessions are offered simultaneously via the Defense Collaborative Services (DCS) and via RingCentral Meetings. Below are the links to access the training sessions.
Registration/Sign up is not necessary to attend training sessions. However, you will need to provide your MAJCOM, Center, PEO and organization. Please prepare ahead of time to ensure you have this information.

Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) OverviewThe Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) System integrates infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications to provide AF and DoD life cycle acquisition organizations with an integrated tool set to manage their programs. The PMRT Overview session will navigate through the various windows on the PMRT home page as well as walk through requesting access, login process and sign in assistance.
A financial and program management app designed to support key facets of the acquisition process. It is primarily used by Air Force (AF) and Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Program Offices to capture lower level financial, programmatic, and contractual transaction data. The CCaR Overview session will navigate through the various menus on the CCaR desktop explaining the various functions, privileges and options available to users.
The MAR app is designed to generate, maintain, review, and warehouse program MARs. It is primarily used by Acquisition Program Offices, Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and SAF/AQXE. The MAR Overview session will cover the different sections of this application and walk through how to create, review and change status on a MAR for a program.
Enterprise Analytics utilizes the vast data resources of PMRT with the analytics capabilities of Qlik to provide a powerful means of quickly generating numerous visualizations, specifically dashboards, for high-impact insights into the status or health of organizations, programs, etc. The EA Overview session will navigate through the various sections of the application and includes basic navigation for creating data visualizations within the PMRT EA application.
PMRT EA I session will provide a demonstration of the capabilities of PMRT EA as well as steps to navigate through the various sections using basic navigation within the PMRT EA application.
PMRT EA II session will provide steps in creation of and manipulation of data visualizations within the PMRT EA application.
The Strategic Management Tool (SMT) Requirements Application is used to track and manage all requirements and their associated approval documents. The Requirements Overview session will cover the different sections of this application and walk through how to create, review and coordinate on a requirement.
The Strategic Management Tool (SMT) RAD Admin menu is designed to build and maintain workflows. The RAD Admin Overview session will walk through how to create the roles, assign users to the roles and build the workflow steps with the roles.
The Strategic Management Tool (SMT) Services Acquisition Application is used to manage the services acquisitions and contract information for related requirements. The Services Acquisition Overview session will cover the different sections of this application and walk through how to create, maintain and track information entered at each stage of the acquisition process.
The Strategic Management Tool (SMT) Services Review Application is used to manage the program services review charts for associated acquisitions. The Services Review Overview session will cover the different review types of this application and walk through how to create and maintain the review record data.
Enterprise Analytics (or EA) is a business intelligence application that provides self-service data visualization and discovery. SMT EA extracts data from the SMT, FPDS-NG, DEAMS, MOCAS and CBIS systems and combines with the analytics capabilities of Qlik Sense. This provides a powerful means of quickly generating numerous visualizations and allows you to create custom dashboards using a drag and drop interface. This session will provide the basic structure and navigation processes for creating data visualizations within EA.
